   Just started my IFR training and decided to upgrade from the cheap E6B I got during PPL. This one surprised me – the quality feels solid, the markings are crisp and easy to read, and the included plotter is actually useful (not some flimsy plastic strip). What I appreciated most was the guidebook – finally, something that explains calculations in a way that actually makes sense mid-flight or in ground school.I’ve used it for groundspeed and descent planning so far, and it saved me from fumbling around with apps when the instructor wanted manual work. If you’re serious about aviation and want a kit that will actually last you through checkrides and beyond, this one is worth it.

   Body —- I’ve been using this E6B for a few days now in my PPL training and it’s seriously a game-changer. The build quality is way more solid than the flimsy plastic ones my classmates have — feels like it’ll actually last past checkride day. The markings are sharp and easy to read, and the guidebook that came with it actually explains stuff clearly. Also love that it came in a protective sleeve — perfect for tossing in my flight bag. Definitely worth it if you want a flight computer and plotter that doesn’t feel like a toy.

   I’m a student pilot and got this on recomendation from my CFI. Honestly it’s better than I expected. The E6B itself is good quality plastic, not flimsy like some others I’ve seen. Numbers are clear and easy to read even in the cockpit.What I liked the most was that it came with the plotter and guidebook too, which saved me time and money from buying them separate. The guide is actually pretty helpful—explains things in a simple way and helped me figure out winds aloft and fuel calcs better than my ground school book lol.It also came with a case that keeps it all together in my flight bag. Haven’t used the plotter much yet but it looks sturdy too.No complaints so far. Good value for the price and definitely recommend if you’re just getting into flight training and want a complete kit in one go.

   I’m a student pilot working toward my PPL, and this kit came in super handy. The E6B is sturdy and accurate — not flimsy like some of the other ones I tried. Plotter is easy to read, and the included guidebook actually helped me understand some formulas better than my ground school notes. Also came in a nice case, so I can just toss it in my bag without worrying. Would recommend to anyone in training or even CFIs needing a backup set.
