A lot of my issues with this tablet are google related and not the tablet itself.
[...]My main issue with the tablet is even after cleaning the screen, I will be swiping over and over and over again but the touch doesnt pick up. it freezes a lot also so i have to restart it daily. also not very friendly for my nonverbal autistic daughter because everything has an ad. why are we marketing real estate to children who are 10 years old but not able to talk? is there such a thing as a tablet specifically for special needs kids that isnt absolutely loaded with ads?

I do really love this tablet. I recommend it to anyone that asks me for suggestions on kid-friendly tablets. The downfall I’ve noticed is that it is IMPOSSIBLE (at least for me) to exit kids mode and go back to regular tablet mode. It has the option to exit, but it will not let me click it. It’s supposed to be able to exit with a parent password. Therefore, I’m not able to change the wallpaper to a custom wallpaper. From the tablet I had to take a picture of a photo on my phone %26 make it the tablet lock screen wallpaper.
We previously had the older version of this tablet, %26 I never had issues with it.
